Please note that we do not offer customer service via Instagram or Facebook. Kindly contact us via email only. Sending multiple emails may cause delays in processing.

Payments

Which payment methods do you offer?
We offer the following payment methods:

PAYPAL
If you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to log in or create an account. Once done, select your preferred method (PayPal balance, credit, or debit) and confirm. We receive instant confirmation and begin processing your order.

CREDIT CARD
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, and your card is charged upon order completion.


Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically arrive within 8–12 business days. Please refer to our shipping page for full details.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Where is my order information?
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder and add our email to your safe sender list. You can also track your order via the “Track Your Order” page.

Can I change my delivery address?
For security reasons, we cannot change the shipping address once the order is placed.

What if my package is lost?
If your package does not arrive, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Lea Toronto is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. Please keep proof of postage.

Will shipping charges be refunded on returns?
Unfortunately, shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.


Order Information

I’m unsure about sizing. Where can I find help?
Please refer to our Size Guide. For additional help, contact our customer service team.

Why was my order canceled?
We’re sorry! Please contact customer service so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, changes are not possible. Contact us as soon as possible for cancellation requests.

Can I edit my order after placing it?
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately. Once shipped, we cannot make changes.


Order Tracking

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email after dispatch. Use it on the “Track Your Order” page with your order details.

Why are there no tracking updates?
Tracking details may take up to 72 hours to update after shipping. If you still see no updates, contact customer service.
